A small one-storey retreat located in the Hang Dong neighborhood was designed as a peaceful oasis surrounded by small flower gardens. The client envisioned a tranquil environment where they could feel immersed in nature.

As the site is adjacent to a nearby community, the design introduces a natural loggia with a terracotta-tiled roof that acts as a buffering layer. This element provides privacy by gently screening daily activities while maintaining a calm and open atmosphere.

The form and spatial organization are defined by a linear, continuous corridor. The interior spaces are divided by folding partitions, allowing the rooms to be opened and connected when needed. This flexible arrangement enables the inhabitants to come together for special occasions while maintaining privacy in everyday use.
